Cancellation Policy

RESERVATION REQUIREMENTS

• When booking, there will be a $500 hold on your credit card if you decline the damage protection; however, if you purchase the damage protection, no damage deposit is required.
• If you do not bring the boat back within the time frame designated, a $100/hour charge will be applied and payable directly to the vendor
• There is a $250 deposit on all boat rentals.

Cancellation agreement

For cancellations made within 7 days of scheduled rental the full balance of your outing will be charged to your credit card. Please help us and you by canceling before 7 days or more notice. We understand that unforeseen circumstances come up, we will do everything we can to re-book your outing to another date.

Jennie Lous Water Sports, LLC does not issue refunds due to rain after departure from the marina.
